Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required for all rescheduling. In less than 48 hours you will lose your deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charge half your appointment fee.
Your appointment deposit is non-refundable and if ever you must cancel your appointment, you can only rebook once.
If you no show to your appointment ( meaning not messaging to let us know you cannot attend) you will be charged the full amount of your missed service. Thanks for understanding.
